🎯 The Role

As a Senior Alteryx Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients design and deliver scalable, production-grade data solutions within modern cloud data platforms.

You will play a key role in building robust, automated, and high-performance data pipelines using Alteryx and Snowflake, enabling near real-time data availability and supporting advanced analytics and reporting use cases.

📍 Job location: Pune or Bangalore (Hybrid — 3 days per week in the office)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: June 2026
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), aligned with the GMT timezone (starting at 1:00 PM IST)
💵 Compensation: ₹24–35 LPA per year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and optimise Alteryx workflows, macros, and applications for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.

• Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines ensuring performance, reliability, and data quality.

• Integrate Alteryx workflows with Snowflake and multiple data sources.

• Build reusable and productionised components, including macros and automation frameworks.

• Optimise data load performance and pipeline efficiency.

• Implement end-to-end automation of workflows, including integration with Control-M and Alteryx Gallery APIs.

• Develop secure processes for credential management and vault integrations.

• Ensure minimal manual intervention across data pipelines.

• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights.

• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

• Support reporting and analytics use cases.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand data challenges and requirements.

• Deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with timelines and quality standards.

• Communicate progress and outcomes effectively.

• Promote data governance, metadata management, and best practices.

• Provide training and guidance to client teams on Alteryx and SQL.

• Support data literacy initiatives and the adoption of self-service analytics.

• Responsible for producing and maintaining documentation for the processes created.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• +5 years of experience in data consulting, data engineering, or analytics roles

• Proven experience delivering Alteryx-based solutions in production environments

• Strong expertise in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server/Gallery

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations and performance optimisation

• Solid understanding of:

  • ETL / ELT processes

  • Data warehousing concepts and data modelling

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Control-M)

• Experience working with APIs and secure credentials or vault-based integrations

• Exposure to BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset, sense of ownership, and delivery orientation

• Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience integrating bespoke Python scripts within Alteryx workflows

• Exposure to cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Understanding of modern data stack tools and BI strategy

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments

• Exposure to international or multicultural projects

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
