As our AI Manager / Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in both strategy and delivery. You'll lead the development, deployment, and management of AI-driven solutions across a range of exciting projects. 

This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, client interaction, and business development responsibilities.

We’re looking for someone who can comfortably switch between coding, communicating complex ideas to stakeholders, guiding project teams, and helping clients imagine what’s possible with AI.

This is a Hybrid role in Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities

• Shaping and delivering AI strategies that align with both client goals and Keyrus services.
• Leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-impact AI projects.
• Acting as the go-to AI expert for clients—helping them understand and explore the value of AI.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals, and presenting solutions with clarity and confidence.
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion—ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and within scope.
• Guiding the development and deployment of AI/ML models, integrating the latest tools and practices.
• Mentoring team members and nurturing a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.
• Ensuring all AI solutions meet ethical standards, data privacy requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for the role

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role (consulting experience is a plus).
• Strong hands-on skills in Python and/or R.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices and a solid understanding of AI ethics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to travel when needed.
• Fluency in other languages will be valued
