The Role: 

The Data Lead is responsible for leading, organizing, prioritizing, and ensuring the delivery of the squad. This role involves planning and organizing squad work, managing stakeholder communications, reporting status, risks, issues, and dependencies, and acting as the primary point of contact between all the stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with technical expertise in data platforms and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, organize, prioritize, and assure the delivery of the Data Enablement Squad, ensuring alignment with the strategic and tactical objectives.
• Assume full responsibility for planning and organizing all Data Enablement Squad work to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Act as the lead in the resolution of any issues that arise during project execution.
• Manage all stakeholder communications, providing regular status updates, and reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the all the stakeholders of the project.

What we're looking for in our applicants: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, data platforms, data integration, metadata management, data governance, data modeling, and data engineering.
• Technical expertise in OCI PaaS and SaaS data services
• Proven track record in leading and managing data enablement projects and team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder communications and provide clear, concise status updates.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to do international business travel on a regular basis.
