🎯 The Role

As a Scrum Master, you will lead Agile delivery for AI and data-driven projects, ensuring teams operate efficiently and deliver high-impact solutions within complex enterprise environments.

You will work closely with Product Owners, AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and align delivery with business objectives.

📍 Job location: India (Remote - with the availability to travel to Dubai)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: Immediate to max 30 days' notice
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵 Compensation: ₹25L – ₹40L

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Drive efficient sprint execution and continuous delivery for AI and data initiatives

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlog and priorities

• Monitor and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, sprint progress)

• Identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow

• Lead and support cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data scientists, developers, QA, DevOps)

• Ensure alignment between business needs and AI solution delivery

• Support UAT, go-live readiness, and stakeholder communication

• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timeline

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT delivery with Scrum Master experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

• Proven experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data projects

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification

• Experience in enterprise transformation programs

• Familiarity with cloud and data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)

  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
