🎯 The Role
As a Senior Power BI Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth, taking a leading role in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality Power BI solutions.
📍 Job location: London, UK (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: July 2026
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵 Compensation: £58,000 – £87,000 gross/year
💥 Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Design and deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, covering data modelling, ETL integration, and dashboard development
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and define scalable BI architectures
Translate business needs into technical designs and high-quality analytical solutions
Define and promote Power BI best practices and architectural standards
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data readiness, quality, and alignment
Implement secure and compliant Power BI data models and access controls
Monitor and optimise solution performance for a seamless user experience
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities to increase adoption
Provide advisory support, particularly for self-service BI enablement and governance frameworks
Contribute to shaping BI strategy and long-term data vision with stakeholders

👤 What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with proven expertise in designing and delivering Power BI solutions.
Deep expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling, advanced visualisations)
Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
Solid experience working with SQL and relational databases
Experience defining BI strategy, standards, and governance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Experience supporting self-service BI and user enablement initiatives
Experience in articulating with internal and external stakeholders regarding area strategy and vision.
Demonstrated ability to provide advisory support for self-service user groups and governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, or related field
Fluency in English
Nice-to-haves
Experience in consulting environments
Exposure to international or multicultural projects
Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlik as part of a broader analytics stack
Microsoft certifications (e.g. Data Analyst or Data Engineer Associate)
Experience contributing to a Power BI Centre of Excellence
