π― The Role
As a Full Stack Developer (React + Java), you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.
You will contribute to a data migration and reconciliation initiative, building intuitive UI solutions and robust APIs that enable business users to visualise and validate data effectively.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
π Job location: Pune or Bangalore (Hybrid β 3 days per week in the office)
π Contract type: Permanent
π Target start date: May 2026
β° Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), aligned with the GMT timezone (starting at 1:00 PM IST)
π΅ Compensation: INR 15,00,000 β 30,00,000 per year

π₯ Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Build interactive UI applications using React.js to visualise reconciliation reports and analytics outputs
Develop and integrate Java-based REST APIs to support data-driven front-end applications
Design user-friendly dashboards and screens for data migration validation and reporting
Collaborate closely with data analytics, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery
Translate business and data requirements into intuitive and scalable technical solutions
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications across environments
Support the data migration lifecycle, including exposure of reconciliation and validation logic in the UI

You are expected to balance UI usability with complex backend data structures
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, backend, QA, business stakeholders)

π€ What Weβre Looking For
Must-haves
5+ years of experience in Full Stack development
Strong expertise in:
React.js (advanced UI development)
Java (Java 8+) with Spring Boot
REST API design and integration
Experience building data-heavy or analytics-driven applications
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Solid understanding of UI performance optimisation and responsiveness
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership
Fluency in English
Nice-to-haves
Experience in data migration, reconciliation, or reporting projects
Experience building advanced data visualisations using libraries such as:
D3.js, Highcharts (or similar tools)
Exposure to financial services or data platforms
Backend ecosystem experience with:
Microservices architecture, Hibernate/JPA
SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL), Snowflake, NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB)
Familiarity with ETL tools (Airflow, Spring Batch, Apache Camel)
Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
Knowledge of Kafka or messaging systems
Experience in consulting environments
Exposure to international or multicultural projects
