🎯 The Role

As a Full Stack Developer (React + Java), you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.

You will contribute to a data migration and reconciliation initiative, building intuitive UI solutions and robust APIs that enable business users to visualise and validate data effectively.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

📍 Job location: Pune or Bangalore (Hybrid — 3 days per week in the office)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: May 2026
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), aligned with the GMT timezone (starting at 1:00 PM IST)
💵 Compensation: INR 15,00,000 – 30,00,000 per year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Build scalable and responsive frontend applications using React.js to support enterprise analytics and reporting workflows

• Design intuitive dashboards and data-driven screens that help users visualise operational and business insights

• Develop and integrate Java-based REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot

• Contribute to backend services powering enterprise-grade applications and data-driven workflows

• Work with data-heavy applications and large datasets, ensuring efficient data handling and performance

• Collaborate with backend, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions

• Translate business requirements into maintainable and user-centric technical implementations

• Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and responsiveness across frontend and backend components

• Support enterprise modernisation and migration initiatives within the dAnalytics ecosystem

• Participate in Agile delivery processes, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development

• Strong expertise in:

  • Java (Java 8+) with Spring Boot

  • REST API development and integration

  • Microservices architecture

  • React.js (advanced UI development)

• Experience in:

  • Building enterprise-grade or data-heavy applications

  • Designing scalable backend services and APIs

  • Working with SQL databases and handling large datasets

  • Developing responsive and performant frontend applications

• Strong knowledge of:

  • JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

  • State management concepts (Redux, Zustand, or similar)

  • End-to-end application flow (Backend → API → UI)

• Ability to:

  • Build intuitive business-facing UI and dashboards

  • Translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments

• Solid understanding of:

  • UI performance optimisation and responsiveness

  • End-to-end data flow (backend → API → UI)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership

• Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Familiarity with financial services, reporting, reconciliation, or migration systems

• Exposure to data processing or batch frameworks (e.g., Spring Batch)

• Knowledge of data visualisation libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts)

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
