🎯 The Role

As a Full Stack Developer (React + Java), you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.

You will contribute to a data migration and reconciliation initiative, building intuitive UI solutions and robust APIs that enable business users to visualise and validate data effectively.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

📍 Job location: Pune or Bangalore (Hybrid — 3 days per week in the office)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: May 2026
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), aligned with the GMT timezone (starting at 1:00 PM IST)
💵 Compensation: INR 15,00,000 – 30,00,000 per year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Build interactive UI applications using React.js to visualise analytics outputs and reconciliation reports

• Design intuitive dashboards and data-driven screens to support data migration validation and business insights

• Develop and integrate Java-based REST APIs and data processing components to power frontend applications

• Contribute to data processing and transformation logic, supporting analytics use cases

• Support the development of the analytics data store (PADS) for client and product insights

• Enable migration decision-making (Finbourne context) by exposing relevant data and metrics in the UI

• Translate business and data requirements into scalable, user-centric technical solutions

• Collaborate closely with data, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Ensure performance, reliability, and responsiveness across applications

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development

• Strong expertise in:

  • Java (Java 8+) with Spring Boot

  • REST API design and integration

  • React.js (advanced UI development)

• Experience in:

  • Building data-heavy or analytics-driven applications

  • Developing APIs and/or ETL/data processing pipelines in Java

  • Working with data transformation and large datasets

• Strong knowledge of:

  • JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

  • State management concepts (Redux, Zustand, or similar)

• Ability to:

  • Build data-driven UI (dashboards, reporting, filtering, insights)

  • Translate complex data into clear and usable interfaces

• Solid understanding of:

  • UI performance optimisation and responsiveness

  • End-to-end data flow (backend → API → UI)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership

• Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake)

• Exposure to event-driven or data pipeline technologies (e.g., Kafka)

• Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (e.g., Spring Batch, Airflow)

• Familiarity with financial services, data migration, or reconciliation systems

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• Knowledge of data visualisation libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts)

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
