The Role:
This role sits within the Change Enablement Team, which reports to the Global Head of Delivery and Integration. The team is responsible for setting the strategic direction for delivering change, communications, and training activities across the whole of the Global Platforms function.
Responsibilities:
- To produce professional and user-friendly training material to support the Platforms training to the business across the client globally
- To work with the training delivery team to produce training material for the business, considering business needs, external training best practices and programme requirements
- Material to be produced will include; documentation such as user guides, videos such as system walkthroughs and demonstrations, and content for the Digital Adoption Platform being used
- To have a focus on the benefits of the Platforms and other process changes to the business and user and weave that into the training material
- To quickly understand the Client global and local cultural challenges and ensure that the training material supports the behavioural change required
- To quickly come up to speed with the Platforms and understand their navigation and use
- Ensure training content is aligned to and consistent with the core principles and key messages of the Platforms deployment
- Work with SMEs, business representatives, and local training experts to ensure global consistency and best practice.
What we're looking for in our applicants:
- Proven track record of developing training material to support IT systems implementation and business change
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand new IT systems and translate this understanding into an effective training material
- Experience producing high-quality material covering a variety of training mediums and an ability to fit this with the business need
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills
- Positive can-do attitude, motivational style, and a team player
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Native English speaker
