The Role: 

Working as part of a global project team, you will be actively involved in strategic objectives within recruitment and staffing as well as taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. These contributions will include: 

  • Sourcing great talent in the Data Intelligence world for a high profile project
  • Working together with the project hiring managers to define their recruitment needs
  • Creating and maintaining a strong recruitment pipeline
  • Performing competency based interviews
  • Managing the closing process including the offer, negotiation and the signing of contracts
  • Becoming an expert user of our Application Tracking System (Teamtailor) to ensure that both candidates' records and the recruitment workflow adhere to GDPR regulations
  • Managing resources across multiple teams and disciplines globally


What we're looking for in our applicants:

  • A good background in Resource Management either from working in-house, for an MSP or an RPO; ideally in a global setting
  • You should have previous experience resourcing and placing technical candidates, ideally in the world of data
  • The ability to conduct interviews autonomously after relevant in-house training
  • Positive energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people
  • The ability to make an impact by offering new and alternative ways of working in a fast paced, and continually changing project landscape 
  • You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills; previous experience of liaising with C-suite is a strong preference

Contract via umbrella company

3 to 6 months depending on project status
